CLYDE -- Virginia M. (Tusing) Burkin, 79, of Clyde, died at her home on Tuesday, Oct. 7, 2008.

She was born Aug. 22, 1929, in Toledo, Ohio, to the late Homer and Reva (Eishen) Tusing. She married James E. Burkin on Aug. 19, 1950; he preceded her in death on April 2, 1967.

Visitation will be on Friday, Oct. 10, from 1 p.m. until the funeral service at 3 p.m. at the Mitchell-Auxter Funeral Home, 218 S. Main St., Clyde. Burial will be in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery, Clyde.
