MONROEVILLE -- Roger Schaffer, 2291 Hettle Rd., Monroeville, and Annette Schaffer, 58 Ridge St., Monroeville, are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Alysha, to Josh Hirt, the son of Steve and Donna Hirt, Elloree, S.C.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Tiffin Hair Academy and is employed by Tranquility Salon and Spa, in Milan.
Her fiancé graduated from Bowling Green State University's Firelands College, in Huron. He is employed as a radiologic technologist at The Bellevue Hospital.
The couple plans to marry Sept. 27, 2008, in a 1:30 p.m. ceremony to be held in Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Bellevue.
