Stapes mark 20th
Mr. and Mrs. Robert Stape, 12618 Twp. Rd. 178, Bellevue, celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary on Tuesday, Sept. 16.
Mr. Stape and the former Denise Unger were married Sept. 16, 1988, in St. John's Lutheran Church, Bellevue. The Rev. Marvin Miller officiated. Attending the couple were Laura Stokes as matron of honor and Rick Nelson as best man.
Mr. Stape has a son, Jamie, living in Columbus.
Mr. Stape is retired from Norfolk Southern Railway where he was a car shop foreman for 20 years. Mrs. Stape is employed as purchasing agent at American Baler, where she has worked for 30 years.
The couple celebrated their anniversary with a trip to New York City where they enjoyed dinner at Delmonico's Steak House and attended a Celine Dion concert with friends.
