Ladies tennis holds banquet

The Lady Flier tennis team held their Awards Banquet on Oct. 14 at the Clyde High School cafeteria.

Earning JV Awards for the Lady Fliers were Mariah Bloom (sophomore), Elise Burdette (sophomore), Aurora Garcia (sophomore), Caitlin Nearhood (sophomore), Sara Potts (sophomore), Caitlin Prunty (sophomore), Courtney Rosen (sophomore), Maien Sachisthal (Senior Exchange Student) and Kelli Stevens (sophomore).

Earning Varsity First Year Awards for the Lady Fliers were Shelbe Gibson (Sophomore), Spencer Robles (Sophomore), Emily Stamm (Junior), Emily Turner (Senior).

Earning Second Year Varsity Awards for the Lady Fliers were Kaylea Griffin (Sophomore) and Samantha Hill (Senior). Earning her Third Year Varsity Award for the Lady Fliers was Katie MacFarland (Junior).

Earning Post Season Awards were Kaylea Griffin First Team All-SBC and Honorable Mention All-District and Katie MacFarland First Team All-SBC and Honorable Mention All-District.

Earning Special Awards were Katie MacFarland and Emily Turner who both received Captains Awards. Kaylea Griffin and Samantha Hill both earned Coaches Awards.
