Sue McMonigal Warnecke

Sue McMonigal Warnecke, 60, Clyde, died at her home on Tuesday, July 15, 2008.

She was born in Ottawa, Ohio on July 25, 1947 to William and Doris Elizabeth (Altman) McMonigal, who preceded her in death. She married William Warnecke on Nov. 30, 1963, and he survives.

She was a member of the St. Mary's Catholic Church, Clyde; the Clyde Eagles Auxiliary and Clyde Fire Dept. Auxiliary.

Along with her husband, she owned the Town and Country Homes of Clyde.

Also surviving are saughters Toni M. (John) Dagg, Fremont, Kimberly A. (Allen) Carn, Clyde and Paulette R. Warnecke (Jeff Johnson), Bettsville; a son, William Dennis Warnecke, Clyde; seven grandchildren; two sisters, Janice P. Ketne and Leipsic and Karon L. Knisley, of Ray, Ohio.

Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, July 17 at the Mitchell-Auxter Funeral Home. Funeral will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, July 18, at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Clyde with the Rev. Dennis Schroeder officiating. Burial will follow at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery.
