The Fliers track and field team rolled over Margaretta on April 15 at home by a 121-16 score.
The Fliers won every event but the 4x800 meter relay. Justin Cook was a double individual winner in the long jump and the 400 meter dash and ran on the winning 4x400 relay team.
At the A.W. Hendricks Invitational on April 19, Cook was named the meet's MVP. He had second place finishes in the high jump and the 400-meter dash, while also running on the winning 4x400 and 4x800 relay teams as the Fliers were just edged out by Ashland for first place 129.5 to 122.5.
The Fliers got individual wins from Ryan Scharf in the 300-meter hurdles and from Kade Kramer in the 200-meter dash. The Fliers won all four relay races for the day when they also won the 4x100 and 4x200 meter relays.
The Fliers are back in action April 24 at Bellevue against the Redmen and St. Joseph Central Catholic or April 29 at Perkins High School.
