Boys play toughagainst Perkins

The Fliers tennis team went 1-2 this past week but could just have easily gone 2-1. The Fliers defeated Fremont Ross 4-1 on April 21 at home but lost to St. Mary's Central Catholic on the road 4-1 on April 23. The Fliers also lost to Perkins 3-2 at home April 24.
Against Ross the Fliers got wins from all three doubles teams as Lucas Cooley, Jon Hill and Eric Johnson won. The doubles team of Danny Michaels and Tommy Stein also won.
Against SMCC only the doubles team of Michaels and Stein was able to break through to the win column. The entire Perkins match was tightly contested as four of the five matches involved tie breakers and the Fliers Hill won the only match that did not.
