Top Flight Kennel notes five years of expansion

Paul and Sandy Danklefsen started their business, Top Flight Kennel, in a renovated garage. Through the word of mouth, the best advertising available, the business eventually outgrew the building.

Construction on new facilities began in February 2004 and was completed in September of the same year. New services were added to the business, giving the consumers the convenience of "one-stop shopping" for all of their pets needs.

One additional service that the Danklefsens added was having a dedicated on-call veterinarian. Both the owner and the groomer are also certified in pet CPR. Safety is a very important aspect of our business, according to Sandy Danklefsen.

Top Flight Kennel has been serving the area since Oct. 18, 2004, at 2439 Limerick Road.

The business offers boarding and doggie day care, grooming and self serve bathing. They have retail sales of pet toys, treats, supplements, bedding, collars and leads.

Top Flight Kennel has a growing clientele and has seen a sales gain of 17 percent in the past year. The added on in November of 2008 and are planning to make another addition in 2010.

With the new addition they added a new grooming service of hot oil spa treatments for your pets.
