Tiffany R. Holmes, 23, Fremont, Fourth moving violation speed 66-55, pleaded guilty, found guilty, $150 fine and $68 court costs, 10 days in jail, 10 days suspended, 12 months probation.

Ronald L. Keegan, 60, 129 Woodland Ave., Apt. C., Disorderly conduct, charge amended to minor misdemeanor disorderly conduct, pleaded no contest, found guilty, $100 fine and $80 court costs.

Nickole A. Noftz, 37, 653 Vine St., Domestic violence, charge amended to menacing, pleaded no contest, found guilty, $100 fine and $159 court costs, 30 days in jail, 30 days suspended, 24 months probation.

Michael K. Rodriguez, Sr., 42, Bellevue, (A) OVI, pleaded no contest, found guilty, $350 fine and $173 court costs, 90 days in jail, 84 days suspended, one year license suspension, 24 months probation, three day confinement program; (B) Criminal damaging, dismissed upon payment of restitution for damaged cruiser window.

Torri S. Weis, 22, Fremont, (A) Possession of drugs, pleaded guilty, found guilty, $100 fine and $68 court costs, six months license suspension; (B) Driving under suspension, pleaded guilty, found guilty, $150 fine and $119 court costs, 90 days in jail, 90 days suspended, 24 months probation.
