Flossie Steinhauser

Flossie M. Steinhauser, 100, Clyde, formerly of Fremont, died Sunday, April 20, 2008 at Arbors at Clyde.

She was born June 20, 1907 in Fremont to Boswell E. and Mary E. (Shoemaker) Parish. She married Oscar J. Steinhauser on December 16, 1933 and he preceded her in death on June 21, 1977.

She was a homemaker and a member of First United Church of Christ.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Oscar J. Steinhauser; a son, Donald Steinhauser; sisters, Rella Steinhauser, Eva L. Trick, Bonita B. Bower; and a brother, Howard Parish.

Visitation was Wednesday, April 23, at Wonderly Horvath Hanes Funeral Home & Crematory in Fremont.

Funeral services were Thursday, April 24, at 2 p.m., at the First United Church of Christ in Fremont, with Nancy Smith officiating. Burial was in Oakwood Cemetery in Fremont.
