Robert Meza

Robert Meza, 69, Clyde, died Monday, April 14, 2008, at the Toledo Hospital.

He was born Feb. 22, 1939 in Corpus Christi, Texas, the son of Ezequiel and Maria (Rodriguez) Meza. He married Sandy Polter on Oct. 10, 1987.

He was a Social Worker with Jobs and Family Services of Toledo, WSOS in Fremont and was a translator for Fremont Memorial Hospital. He was a member of the Clyde Baptist Church.

Survivors include his children, Laura (Amad) Albagdady, Ronald (Kristy) DePew, Jason (Yvette) DePew and Trina (Andrew) Lopez; 13 grandchildren; siblings, Elia (Nick) Ortiez of Texas and Olga (Richard) Quinones of California.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation was Thursday, April 17, at the Herman-Kinn-Karlovetz Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Fremont.

Funeral services were held Friday, April 18, at noon, at the funeral home with Rev. Tim Cochran officiating.
