Many reasons to vote March 4

It should not be necessary for registered voters to be encouraged to go out to the ballots on March 4 - but it is.

As part of the nation, we will be voting on which Democrat or Republican candidates should be place on the November General Election ballot.

We are also voting on candidates in Sandusky and Seneca counties in key primary races narrowing the list of people deserving of the title judge and commissioners among others.

Then there are the various tax issues.

Most important perhaps is 1-percent earned income tax for the Clyde-Green Springs Exempted Village School District. Pro or Con - do not allow other people to decide this issue for you.

As the local newspaper, The Clyde Enterprise has endorsed this issue. Nonetheless, every voter should have his or her say on this issue as it will affect the community for decades to come - pass or fail.

No more excuses - VOTE.
