Republican women to hold May meeting

Republican Women members and guests are invited to the 6:30 p.m. Thursday, May 1, meeting at the Sandusky Township House, 2207 Oak Harbor Road, Fremont.

Guest speaker will be Al Gorman, CEO of Memorial Hospital. His topic will be "How the Political Process Impacts Healthcare".

A time for questions and answers will follow his talk at 6:30 p.m., according to program chairwoman Kay Reiter.

The business meeting will follow with various reports on recent activities including the spring banquet and the Ohio Federation of Republican Women (OFRW) Conference attended by Peg Rettig, Jean Turner and Donna Thatcher.

Fundraising co-chairs Carolyn Farrar and Kim Moyer will report on the sale of patriotic jewelry and Presidential buttons.
