BOWLING GREEN -- Connie and Bob Segna, of Bowling Green, Ohio, are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Dr. Michelle Higgins, to Richard Young Jr., the son of Richard and Vicky Young, Raleigh, N.C.
Dr. Higgins is in private optometric practice in Biddeford, Maine. She is also the daughter of the late Robert Higgins.
Her fiance is an account executive with McKesson in Portland, Maine.
Wedding plans have not been set at this time.
