Taggarts' reunion
Dr. Donald and Colleen Taggart, formerly of Northwest Street in Bellevue, and now residing at 714 Fordingbridge Way, Osprey, Fla. 34229, will be celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary today, Saturday, July 5, at a family reunion in Savannah, Ga.
The Taggarts were married on July 5, 1958, in St. Mary's Church, Sheboygan Falls, Wis. They moved to Bellevue in 1960 where Dr. Taggart established his dental practice -- first above the present "Clothes Hanger" store on East Main Street, and then later at the Bellevue Professional Building on West Main Street. He retired in 1998. Mrs. Taggart is a homemaker.
The couple are parents of four children, Julie, Erie, Pa., Tom, Jacksonville, Fla., Ted, Lebanon, Ohio, and Tim, Loveland, Ohio. They have eight grandchildren.
