Averys celebrate 40th anniversary with family dinner

Mr. and Mrs. Richard Avery, North Sandusky Street, Bellevue, celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary with a dinner at Damon's Restaurant, Sandusky, hosted by their son and daughter-in-law.

The couple was married June 22, 1968, in Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.

They are parents of a son, Thomas (Vickie) Avery, Richmond, Ind.

Mr. Avery is retired from the A. Schulman Co. and is currently employed by the City of Bellevue as a school crossing guard. Mrs. Avery is a homemaker.
