Amherst native one of two final bachelors on show
The man DeAnna Pappas said she could never picture herself with is one of the two finalists on ABC's hit romantic reality series "The Bachelorette," which airs on Monday nights..
The 26-year-old Jesse Csincsak, a native of Amherst, joins Jason, 31, an account executive from Kirkland, Wash., in the final competition to steal Pappas's heart.
On Monday, the three remaining bachelors traveled to Grand Bahama Island for overnight dates with Pappas.
Jesse was the last of the three dates and Pappas surprised him with horseback riding and a picnic lunch on the beach where she said "his romantic side shines through more and more," especially when they kissed each other on horseback.
During dinner, Jesse asked Pappas some serious questions such as when she wants to have children and whether she would be able to live in a cold climate so he could continue his career as a professional snowboarder.
She said she is also concerned since snowboarding is such a big part of his life, and she might not fit in.
After talking about her worries during dinner, Pappas presented Jesse with a card and a key to the fantasy suite. After reading the message he said, "I don't know if I can until I meet your dad."
"Are you for real," Pappas asked. He laughed and said he was "just kidding" and that he would love to accept the invitation..
At the rose ceremony which signifies who stays and who goes on the show, Jesse got the first rose and Jason the second.
Next week, they will head to Pappas's hometown of Newnan, Ga., to meet her folks and make that all important decision on the series finale of "The Bachelorette."
